Here are my recent thoughts on the trading applications for Meta:
I only want to comment on the statement made in the reply that internal naming of different iterations do not equate to different companies. This is not true. The companies referenced in my review are all separately registered entities, with no clear relations to MetaTrading.ai. NeroAI at nerotrades.com is an entity registered in Wyoming. This is very different than the Florida Growth Ventures entity registered in Florida. The entity that charged my card Traders Tech LLC also registered in Wyoming is again very different than the entity registered in Florida and associated with the website Metatrading.ai that I was referred to and contacted.
I originally contacted MetaTrading.ai after being referred by close friends who had positive experiences using their technology. My designated account representative was Justin Sides Jr.
I explicitly requested the same trading settings and safeguards my friends had used. However, without my knowledge or consent, Justin Sides Jr. (also referred to as "Jr" in reviews for NeroTrades) connected a completely different software to my account. This led to an 80% loss before I was even fully onboarded.
From April 4 to April 7, the bot executed excessive trades without any of the promised safeguards in place. MetaTrading.ai had assured me of timely support and that I would retain final control over my account—neither of which happened. I had no access to the server and no ability to stop the trades. Multiple margin call notices were issued, and my account balance dropped from over \$72,000 to just \$12,000.
Four days later, Justin Sides Jr. finally intervened, but the damage was already done. During this entire period, I was unable to reach anyone at MetaTrading.ai, including Justin Sides Jr, Louis Callery, or anyone from the "Support Team" despite repeated attempts via text, phone, and email. I still have not received any response from anyone at MetaTrading.ai other than Justin and Aaron to help with the conflicting information provided by Justin and Aaron.
It was during this crisis that I discovered my account had been connected to software from NeroTrades or NeroAI—companies I had never heard of, let alone authorized to access my funds. NeroTrades has not responded to any of the publicly available contact information, yet continues to receive “verified” reviews from new customers. How is that possible?
Why are there so few reviews or disclosures about the millions of dollars lost (as claimed by Justin in defense of my substantial loss) by customers during April? Less than 2% of MetaTrading.ai’s "verified" reviews mention this time frame or the complete communication breakdown that occurred. No one is responding to text, emails, voicemails, or calls, yet they are still onboarding new customers and receiving positive reviews?
I only became aware of NeroTrades and NeroAI because of one of the email accounts used by Justin was @nerotrades.com. According to Justin there are many different names used to refer to the MetaTrading.ai "bot" but they are used solely for purposes of internal organization - the technology is “identical.” Aaron Villegas when questioned about the charge to my card by his company responded to the losses with "your account isn't blown" and claimed he did not need a signed agreement to connect his technology to my account since since he issued a “friend discount” of $5,000 (which I did not request or was aware of)—why would the exact same technology be sold at such a steep discount without explanation?
I’m left asking:
* Is MetaTrading.ai aware of these disputes?
* Are NeroAI or nerotrades.com affiliated with MetaTrading.ai?
* What is the relationship between MetaTrading.ai, WorkSpace Server (the third-party server I was never granted access to), 1st Sergeant’s Hill Inc (the entity that requested payment), and Traders Tech LLC (the entity that charged my credit card)?
When I first found the NeroAI website, it listed a phone number—although no one ever answered. That phone number has since been removed and replaced with an “X.” Despite this, they continue to receive “verified” reviews.
This situation raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and unauthorized access to brokerage accounts without signed agreements across multiple entities.
I wanted to share my experience, hopefully it helps. I saw the ads for Meta Trading on Instagram and was obviously skeptical. But the more I thought about it I eventually talked myself into checking it out. I did the sales call and they showed me charts and gave me good data points. I gave it a try with a small portion of my investment account. The software is not cheap, I won't give the price but you can see it in other reviews and I'll verify those numbers as approximately accurate to what I paid. I don't know this for sure but I suspect the price of the bot is based on your stated investment amount. Just my guess seeing the range of prices in other reviews.
My first automated trade was on March 10, 2025. Things seemed to be progressing as advertised with 1-3 trades per day. Most trades were positive and my account was up about 2.7% in about 3 weeks. Personally I was pleased, because while they advertise 100%+ annual returns I felt that even if I got a fraction of that I'd be beating the overall market significantly. On April 3rd, things went crazy. Between the 3rd and 4th the bot executed 50 trades - the vast majority where big losers. By the time all the trades were closed I had realized a drawdown of 38.2%. The company sent out an email about a crash of AUDCAD on April 4th which I appreciated. They advised people to keep their money in so the bot could have access to capital for the recovery process. Since that time, there has been no formal update from the company. I've sent several emails to the company asking for an update on the bot and the go forward plan, and not one has been responded to. I'm sure they'll respond to this review saying they responded and to check my spam folder (I've seen that in other negative reviews). I can confirm I've checked and rechecked my spam and all email filters. They have sent two short responses via text which largely blames tariffs and the market. They say they are making updates to the bot, or have made updates, but I have not really seen anything. It's been 2 months since the crash and the bot has executed only 1 trades in that time - on May 7th. That trade was positive but made only a very small dent in the overall loss. While I have gotten some limited feedback via text saying they are waiting for market conditions to improve, I am frustrated they are not communicating what's happening or a plan for moving forward. My guess is there is no good news to share and that's why they're being quiet. Who knows...
I'm not super mad about the losses. I understand this is a risky investment and as such I came out a loser. I am frustrated by the lack of communication from Meta Trading. This was a new area for me and I was willing to take a risk with an appropriately sized investment for me. I suspect I'm not the only customer with significant loses. They should be sending out regular updates about what is happening with their bot and the overall market. I continue to see their ads on Instagram and I'm pretty suspicious about reviews I see posted in the last 30-60 days claiming significant gains. Perhaps those people have a different bot than I do but my observation and limited communications I've been able to get from the company in the past few months tell me that the bot is on the sideline and not trading.
In summary. I invested $150k plus the cost of the bot. It's been about 90 days any my account balance is $96k today. The loss is disappointing but more so is the lack of communication and guidance from Meta AI. After the cash on April 4th, the S&P is up about 18%. So had I pulled my money at that time I could have made back a portion of the loss with a simple S&P ETF. I moved the majority of my money out of this investment today. I left $6k in as purely a gamble. Maybe one day I'll get back some of the losses. I'm not optimistic and honestly, given the lack of communication from Meta, I don't even know if they are still in business or doing business. They always respond to these reviews so maybe I'll actually get a real update about what's happening with their bot? Because I generally like the idea of automated trading I might be willing to try this again but I would need to think hard before trying this company again. Check out the FX Blue accounts on their website, they all end in March 2025....

Nothing they said was true. I couldn't get them to refund me as they promised. Still in a credit card dispute. Lost way more than the 12% they claim is the "limit."
Below, they claim my warrantee period had passed. What they don't say is that the product had lost a lot of money in the trial period, and they extended the warrantee and promised the product would earn the money back and that it was just a market irregularity. All that happened was 1) the product lost more money, and 2) they reneged on their promise to refund my money after an extended period.
Why would I lie? I'm just trying to save trusting people like myself from being taken advantage of. If there had been ONE review like this when I was considering their services, I would have known better.
Scam!!! Its amazing how trust pilot which supposed to be an independent agency cover the tracts for its clients. This kind of behavior is discussing and therefore Trust pilot should not be trusted.I have been in conversation with Meta trading AI over the past week and they promised to contact me and resolve my issue interns of a refund, to date no follow thru from them.People, Meta trading AI is NOT the company that is going to help you build wealth, because they don't have the competence. That means they are a scam?

Not worth the hype ! My experience is not a good one , The overall process with pay is not great and does not align in the same standard index with my beloved SPACE BANK .Advance solution , hassle free and good pay .
I am absolutely appalled by their unethical actions. They put me through nightmare with their fake promises and their pressure tactics. After 5 months of no success, I gave 𝐌𝟒𝐃𝐑 𝐋𝐓𝐃 the permission to go on with the case and after submitting necessary proofs, they managed to issue an immediate release of my withheld fund.
